Psychotherapy

Life can sometimes feel difficult and overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for my clients to open up about their mental health challenges. Through therapy, you can learn to better understand yourself, learn new coping skills, and improve your overall wellbeing.

My approach to counselling is holistic and client-centred. I strive to create a collaborative and culturally-responsive environment. Together, we can develop skills in your wellness toolbox, such as building resilience, exploring goals/identity, managing stress, increasing self-esteem, and more. I am dedicated to developing personalized strategies to help you achieve lasting positive changes and self-growth. My ultimate goal is to guide you towards building your best life-one with more clarity, meaning, and excitement.
